I use a Nikon D50 with 18-200 VR lens (awesome lens) and a 50mm f/1.8. I also use 2 SB600 flashes and a SU800 wireless commander.

I've had various other lenses over the last couple of years but there's no need lugging them around. I found I didin't use the other so sold them. Almost all my riding is big distance proper xc so I can't be carrying round f/2.8 70-200s!

I use a Sony P200 when I can't be bothered carrying the SLR. For a compact, it's fantastic.
