Was lucky enough to go away on a trip for 2 weeks in December to Barbados and escape some of the winter. I took a load of shots though I think the majority were samey shots of sunsets!

The hare or whatever it is is a notch above any of the others although the cave one is pretty nice.

Barbados? All right for some, eh?!

Liking those, especially the one of matey with his camera. Looks like you weren't short of a few sunsets!

Good idea with the single leaf on the tree although I think it needs to be further away from the edge of the frame where it's a bit more prominent.

I agree with the others comments. I also like the shot of the beach with the soft lighting and the palm trees to the left, but it would be a lot better if you'd shot it with less trees on the left and more shore/hills on the right.

Looks like a cracking trip though. And how much fun is night diving? I love the whole torches underwater thing which makes you feel like you're in a Bond movie. Did you see plenty of sharks? There were always loads around when I did night dives in Australia.

Yeah, in hindsight it probably would have been. Possibly even a short panorama may have been good.

Was an awesome trip. I didn't actually do a night dive, I did my first ever dive out there. I only had one short practice session in a pool and watched a PADI dvd beforehand. The people who we went with did the nightdive and it was in a wreck... not for the claustrophobics!

I did buy a disposable underwater camera which I used whilst snorkelling which was pretty cool, got some funny results with that and some ok ones! Diving with a water proof SLR would be awesome though.
