Whenever.

I always use http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=2040 as a guide, e.g. it says tomorrows sun rise is 0807 but of course it gets light before that.

I often use that aswell. Updated regularly and area specific! Not always 100% reliable though....

i am definatly going to go up pitch soon, i will set my alarm early but when it actualy goes off, i probebly wont want to go!
