Here's my neck of the woods in the US. Well one block any way. Actually most of our trees don't look like this. They are no doubt changing, but no where near the quality of color as the trees in this small one block area. Unfortunately, there isn't much to speak of at my local MTB trails.

I've not really been out in much nice light to capture autumnal colours but I was up early one morning up the local riding spot with the camera.

Nice pics, bluey (and Roo).

I've only had the chance to take a couple of snaphots which aren't anything special (I think I've maybe posted the first one before here, apologies if I have):

South Wales and English Border. The one with the light is the River Avon, Bristol. Mostly from a ride on Monday.

Thanks fellas, it looks like a country I'd love to visit someday. I just have to figure out how to drive on the left Very Happy

Mike, I know what you mean. It took a road bike crash and broken collarbone to slow me down and pick up photography again. Now I have only 2GB of hard drive space left out of a 60GB MacBook and a 120GB external! I've been carrying my camera around almost everyday lately.

Nice, Jaw.

Seeing as we're showing older ones as well, here's one from last year:

These are a bit redundant, but here are a few more I shot yesterday. Hamish, I really dig that shot of the hairpin. Is it a stitch job, or just a fisheye? Either way, it kicks ass! Our local trail has a few similar corners I'd like to shoot with a rider in the frame.

Cheers. It is a fisheye shot. I took some with riders in as well but it worked much better without them.

I'm hoping to get back to the same section soon for a long exposure shot at night, again with the fisheye. I think it could work too.

Wow this has proved to be an excellent thread, cheers bomber!

Thanks for the props Hamish, the grafiti in my 1st shot really annoys me.
