when shooting night street, like in the magazines, do people every use their own lighting? lik egenrator powered light? or jsut the natural light and flash?

| Tend to use what available background light there is, coupled with a wide flash coverage. You have to use a large aperture with the wide flash coverage, which also helps with getting some kind of background well exposed. Only really need generated lighting if you're shooting video at night. |
