| I doubt they would be right straight away, you will probably have to play around with the colour balance and contrast but you should be able to get it fairly acuurate. |

Neg scanners usually let you select what type of neg it is (negative b&w, positive colour etc) and switch it for you when they're scanned in.
Then i do a bit of curves work and that's that _________________ www.watfordriders.co.uk |

| If it is just a plain flatbed scanner, you won't be able to scan the negatives in. If it's a flatbed that has an added feature of being able to scan in negatives then obviously you will be fine (eg. a light in the lid). I would say if you want digital files of film pictures, then pay to have the shots put onto cd at the lab. The ones I've seen have come out better than scanning a print in. |

| If you mean for processing film, I haven't shot colour for a long time, last time I got it processed at a lab in cobham and if it's B+W I process it at home. I've never had a film put on cd so not sure where does it. |

You can't scan colour negs on a flatbed, however you cna scan B&W negs on a flatbed scanner.
Photo-CD is probably your best bet. |

Snappy Snaps seem to be the most rated of the chain labs (and i've only had good experiences with them) so see if you have one of them near you
