Yesterday's shoot...I had a TFCD shoot with a local model looking to update her comp card yesterday and thought I share some of them here. Most were two light shots with an AB400 and medium softbox for the main light and a shoe mount flash with a 1/4 CTO gel bounced from a 30" umbrella on a boom for a hair light. There were also a couple gold reflectors up front and a couple shots had a shoe mount with a Stofen diffuser for a background light. Comments and criticisms appreciated. Thanks for checking them out!
PS: I promise... one of these days I'll finally shoot some mountain biking

I can't really offer any critique as i have very limited knowledge (ok, basically none) in that department. However, i can say that it looks up to your usual professional standard!
