Cheers, glad to get some more in there. I'm not too sure on the green duotone, the art ed probably did it, but some people like it so I'm not too bothered. I should have got someone to stand by that double on the right page, it's bigger in real life than it looks there!

I did notice that was huge actually; you just have to look twice. Trust it to be Jimmy Pratt going that big....
