Round 1 NPS 4XFew shots from the 1st round of the NPS 4X at UKbikepark the other week. Had a good time running up and down the track over the day and managed to get a reasonably varied selection of pics.

I think the 3rd and last shots are my fave. I love the lighting, pose and kit of the rider in the 3rd shot. Good Stuff!

I like the argey-bargey in the 4th and the angle of sunlight in the last is good. The 3rd seems quite dark? (may just be my screen though).

Nice work. I definitely prefer the more balanced look of the last two pics and they capture the action a lot better. The first three really suffer from overdoneflashwhichthemagazinesseemtolike-itis which I don't like.

Ben - Yeah, I'd agree with you there - it is a bit under exposed but you gotta make the most of that blue sky when it's around! 
Hamish - I hear what your saying. I'm kinda in both camps in that I think the more balanced/flash as fill approach definitely looks more natural, but at the same time I kinda like the more flashy (pun intended  ) and obvious look, too.
