My thoughts exactly. Between the weather and the flu I haven't managed to take my camera out on my bike once this year.
As we are predicted a month's worth of rain during the next week alone, I can't see much opportunity coming up either. Its quite depressing really. |

I still need to learn to take my camera on a ride. For that matter, I think I forgot how to ride my bicycle. It's like riding a bike, you never.... oh nevermind

ok well its complicated... i broke my collar bone on thursday rideing and now i cant ride for 6-8 weeks. for the first time i had a go on a DSLR, now i want to buy one.
so this is my entry. 
come on you have to give me some sypothy votes! |

I'm also a bit annoyed. I went out riding today but it was way too dark to take pics, never mind the gales. Need to take some pics of things other than my cat... grr!!! |

Unlucky. You could always submit some pics of your cat but i doubt they'd win! Unless, of course, you got your cat riding a bike... |

I'd be impressed if a tiny, wee 7 month old cat could ride an Enduro set up for a 6'2" man. That should win any photo comp outright!!! 
I do have a backup plan though... first round of the winter series DH is at Innerleithen tomorrow. Might try and drop by. |

Aargh. I've just heard that the race has now been cancelled due to events today. I've no idea what happened but it must have been serious. Hope the riders are okay.

Sorry about the delay folks. My motherboard has died so i'm typing this from a school pc. Voting may be as late as thursday, maybe earlier maybe later. Largely inconvinient as we are on the late side anyway! |
