positioning???
what would be a better angle to get the shot????
i know its sillouetted etc....
but i'm trying to find a way to take the 1 foot table shots better

I quite like that composition. Maybe having a little less foliage above the rider and a wider angle to exaggerate the height, but I think that's a nice shot.
Actually, I have no idea what angle works best for one footer tabletops as I've never had the opportunity to try and shoot one. I've plenty of one footed crap attempts at jumping, from my non-jumping mates, but can't help you much, jedi. Maybe Roo & Mike D will have some good advice.

the one footed table is captured pretty nicely there. Maybe try and get more underneath the rider, instead of straight on, then it might be more imposing & you'd get a better view of the underside of the bike. Just a suggestion.

The framing is real nice But i personally would try and get lower, and to the right of the downslope a bit so you can get closer but keeping the rider in the sky between that nice gap of trees. Going to the right also obviously shoes the foot and is a more dramatic angle.
I'd also shoot that portrait and tighter so you have less dead space to left and right and can see more downslope
