Nikon issues- where to get repaired?Hi
The other night my sb28 fucked up. i was wondering where u lot recomend gettin your stuff repaired or, any places i should avoid?

I doubt many camera shops would be able to, but I could be wrong, you might have to go to Nikon UK or some specialist. It might be something simple, one of my vivitars recently stopped working, I took it apart found the problem, soldered it back on and bingo, works fine

Yeah, just pop into Nikon UK or give them a call and send it off. They're pretty good to deal with.
Speaking of which, I've heard that there's some kind of upgrade available for dTTL series flashes such as the SB-28 and SB-80 which enables them to work with full iTTL capability.
I'm not sure if this is a "legitimate" upgrade or not so was wondering if anyone knew?
