Hey

This is how I did my night abract shots (see below for some examples).

Basically, I set the exposure for anything between 2 to 8 seconds, auto apreature, auto ISO, then I simply waved the camera around while the exposure was going on. Rember, this only works at night, having long exposure like this in day time will just burn out all tones.

Its really neat! I like the firey/electrical feel to the 1st and 3rd ones.

you can also use a tripod and then move the light to create shapes or words if your skillful enough

Hahaha I love doing that with my camera. If I cant sleep, I'll bust out the camera and shake the camera around while aiming at my clock (which glows red) and get some cool shots.
