First could do with a nicely hidden off camera flash so that we can see the rider. Tricky lighting though and it's either underexpose the rider or blow out loads of bright areas.
Second could do with a wee bit less flash. Nice angle. Shame you cut off part of the arm but that's only a minor point.

Cheers. Am aiming to invest in a sep flash in the near future, know what you mean by the rider being lost.
The trails are near Tunbridge Wells but are quite short. Good for quick blast though!
