Hello!HiJedi linked this forum onto Singletrack so i've just signed up today. Seems a great idea to me as Singletrack has so many threads about photography. Anyway, my riding is XC all-day stuff and night riding as well. I do a fair bit of 24 hour racing too. The camera is usually a D50 with 18-200VR (or 50mm f/1.4 when needed) or a Sony P200 compact when I can't be arsed lugging the SLR and flash around. Not been doing much recently as I've been out of action with a knee injury for most of the summer. Anyway, I'm back to it now. Should get some nice shots in the Peak on Saturday. |

Hello gingerflash. Welcome to the forum here. It's nice to see some more XC. I used to get abuse for posting jey photos with people not wearing full face helmets. Good to see someone else who can divide the slagging!

The clothes and bikes might be, but sometimes the riding isn't always totally jey.
At night, 80mm travel. Me on the bike rather than behind the camera for a change.
Some of the freeride fellas might not be impressed, but it seemed pretty scary at the time.
