Getting closer...This is the closest I've come to a cycling assignment to date. The magazine I freelance for asked me to get them in touch with the local bike shop owner for an interview in the next issue. The topics at hand were the current efforts of our city to become bike friendly, what riding means to different people, and advice for anyone looking to enter the sport. All of these were quick and dirty with one shoe mount flash in a shoot through umbrella. This story may open some other avenues that may lead to some actual riding shots for a change, but at least this is cycling related in some fashion.

Congrats, it's a step in the right direction! I like the pose in the first shot and the expression in the last. Was it for a local newspaper or magazine then?
