I used the three lasoos tools (polygonal, normal, magnetic) to select the areas i wanted to change. Once i selected the area i would go to the Hue/saturation panel and check the "colorize" box and then bump up the saturation and change the hue to the right colour.
Do that to all the parts you want, took me about an hour to get it pretty much perfect.
Thats the long way, i cant be bothered explaining the short way, it'll take to long. LOL
