1st with new Flashs!Ive got my New Flash's and Triggers!
I need to know how to illiminate shadow though!
anyway
here are 3 recent ones.. one from about an hour ago, Two from Esher shore Jam:

Nice, i reckon that the 3rd shot shows the most effective use of the flashes - not too garish but not too subtle.

Re: "illuminating shadow" - well that depends on what you mean when you say that.

I think he means 'Eliminate', as in 'get rid of'. Or am I wrong?

No. You don't want to completely eliminate shadows. It's better to use the lighting angles creatively. You can use fill flash to lighten the shadows on one side but you shouldn't get rid of them. I'd experiment with lots of different positions and see what works for you.
If you do want to obliterate them then just stick the flash on camera, make it a little bit too powerful and point it straight at the rider. But that doesn't give as nice a look.
