I didn't get out riding on Sunday. However, I was lucky enough to do part of a shoot this weekend for a fundraising book for a local zoo. The best part was having a keeper with us so that we could get into some of the enclosures!!! No lions or tigers but lots of cute furry and fluffy things.
I had a cracking day. I don't usually take the camera to zoos as I've only got 200mm at the longest, but I hardly needed to go that close unless it was for tight head shots.
Anyways... enough story telling. Here is a wee selection of some of the pics, C&C appreciated as always:

Cool shots, some very strange animlas there! Love the eyes of the owl and the lighting in the lizard shot.
Can't really offer any constructive criticism as I don't really know much about wildlife photography, apart from that it looks kind of funny that the lizard is on that wodden surface, though it does give it an abstract look.
Good Stuff! _________________

Don't you know that the natural habitat of the Australian Bearded Dragon is actually a desk?
It does look a bit strange. I think it looks like it the lizards is either a very accurate plastic model or stuffed! It was taken in the animal handling area which is why it was on a desk. _________________ Hamish |

The lizard one's my fave, really nice light angle and detail is lovely.
Second to last one made me chuckle for some reason.
