I found this on another forum regarding Google Chrome.

In case you haven't seen yet Google Chrome comes complete with a neat rights grab in the licence for it.

It grants Google 'a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through' Chrome..

So basically if you use it to upload any photos then you own the copyright to them still but you grant them license to do whatever they want with your photos!

here: http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html section 11 is the bit it refers to.

That's appalling. I'm sure they'll sort it out though.

Google Chrome is a broswer, I believe.

Flickr rights depend on whether you choose to retain all copyright (all rights reserved) or choose a CC creative commons licence.
