Its a great pic, but what put me of it is that the flash coming from the right looks kind of fake and i dont like it.

It's an excellent composition and nice and sharp.

I have to say that the background is a bit bright and distracting, and the riders face is a little overexposed. The blown highlights on the bike frame also spoil it a little. Those are minor criticisms given the harsh light conditions, however. It's still a great picture.

However, leaving the flash in is a bit sloppy.
