Hamish has suggested this month's theme & i think it ought to be good!

Must feature biking (not just a bike lying on the ground) but the landscape must dominate.
Landscape does not just mean hills in the background e.g. - urban landscapes still count. It's more about putting the riding into context.

Also note that if the trail is dominant/focus of shot it does not necessarily have to have a bike in it.

Get out there and start snapping!

Interesting one!

Have this one so far:

Not sure whether to stick with this one. If I don't add another one before the deadline, count it in!!

UPDATE: Seeing as no one is entering any pictures it is now acceptable to submit a pic from the archives. I know it defeats the object a bit....

I saw this month's subject and really wanted to get something to enter, but since then I haven't taken one single pic.

So here's a recent one. Its been posted up on here before, but is one of my last photos while mountain biking.

When is the last day for submissions?

I won't be out riding until Tues evening. Might as well chuck this one in until I can get a more recent one:

It'll probably rain. Go ahead.

(It'll also give me something to moan about when I don't win and end up looking at a lovely scenic picture a few hours after the entries closed wondering what could have been...) Wink

Heheh - know what you mean!

I like it - it's a slightly different shot from what you previously posted so it's good to see some different angles being used.

Oh. How right I was. It was pishing doon. Didn't even consider taking the camera out the car.

Great fun though. Nice and surfy yet grippy and the roots weren't too lethal. I also found outhow amazing just how amazingly grippy a rear Bling Bling can be on an XC ride. Glad I didn't waste unnecessary energy changing to something more suitable.
