Overide users style off

Everytime i come and try my best to browse this site i end up like spazing out like a zombie and i my eyes just blur, i think its to do with the line borders arround all the frames. Anyway besides that i struggle to read the blue writing and have a real trouble with the blackish background, in the end i just giveup. If only i cold just use the old subsilver template!!!!

I would enable user styles but then whenever i want to edit the temp I gotta do it for all temps which becomes a hassle, soz
