Hmmmmm, for me a landscape instead of portrait photo would have been better- you'd have got more of the run in and rider in.
Good attempt though.

i agree with humanoid, but if you did do it in portrait maybe get more of the sky in?!

Yep, take your points, tried to emphasize the steepness of the berm.

Must sort the photos out. Here's another in a similar vein.

nice, that second one definitely emphasizes the rough, steep berm. I wonder what the first shot would have looked like with your wide angle lens?

Didn't take the wide angle lens with me, but took this one in landscape with the 17 - 40 lens.

Same berm , just a different perspective. Met another chap taking photographs up there, he seems to know some of the best spots. He was using a fish eye in the position seen in the photograph.



I've got a Pbase account now, but can't seem to link the photo's from Pbase - anyone got any idea how to link from Pbase?
