Lunatyk's pictures inspired me to throw up a few of mine from Bike Radar although I think he may have done a better job, lol! It was pretty tough getting a decent shot during the slalom finals at night. What with the crappy floodlights and hoping both riders would be in range of my flashes at the same time, I think there was more luck than good judgement involved, haha.

Lunatyk: My PS work normally involves exposure and curves adjustments in ACR and then some sharpening with unsharp mask, and that's pretty much it. I don't like to go too contrasty as I want to keep as much shadow detail as I can, although your stuff always looks good. What kinda stuff do you usually do?
Roo: My trusty old D70s. Gotta love that sync speed when the sun's out! _________________ Flickr |

Some really nice shots there dude! The one of Gee also jumps out at me, and I also like the second shot, it's just so different.
Quite like shot 5 too, it's got quite a nice atmosphere to it. Love the framing of the Greg Minnaar photo, just find that digger/van in the background slightly distracting!
Good work buddy! _________________
